    Ticket was charged on my card and everything should have been fine but the company sends me mail two days prior the trip that the ticket was canceled with no reasoning provided! My card went through and I had more than enough money in the bank so there was not an issue with bank!   • The worst ever



    I've just got the worst experience in my entire life with "last minute"! No other services were so poor and non-professional and representative+supervisor were so ignorant! They sent me email two days prior the trip (international destination) that the reservation was canceled without any apparent reason! Honestly, neither the rep nor the supervisor did explain me what was the reason.... They claimed that they called me, but it's far from truth as I did not receive any voicemail.     I booked a hotel, that was described by lastminute.com as a short walk to two underground stations. It was in fact a short walk to two OVERground stations and over a ten minute hike to the underground stations. I complained immediately as the person I was booking for has restricted mobility. The advert for the hotel was incorrect and a false representation and in accordance with Section 2 of lastminute.com T&C that states if it is wrong on the site that lastminute.com have liability. We bought 3 tickets to the Snowman show last weekend Nov 26th in London and at arrival we found out that the show would not start until Nov 30th. Lastminute.com's customer service doesn't show any responsibility regarding this matter and while I spoke to a manager he told me the show was cancelled earlier that morning ( although customer service didn't say this know when we were calling to find out what was going on standing outside the theatre an hour before the show should start and was directed to the venue where Chicago is playing, hmmmm ). Anyhow, customer service and especially a manager should know better than trying to blame the theatre when the banner on theatre and its websites does say Nov 30th!!!! I wish I had went there instead where I would have also saved £10/ticket paying £32 rather than £42 per top seat ticket!!!! I would have serious thoughts before involving lastminute.com in family plans! If they screw up, no responsibility, lying customer services, and you would have thought one would get tickets to the show when it is playing... but oh no!!! If you are very upset and chasing them you might get a 'goodwill' voucher that will not even cover the tube tickets for you and your family. I leave the rest for you to judge!

Unbelievably poor customer service, i asked friends for lastminute.com vouchers for birthday gifts, when I went to redeem them i was told one had already been redeemed and another other had expired, despite being within the validity period. Have so far spend over half the value of the vouchers trying to speak to someone sensible. Outrageous.

I made a booking for a flight to my country after I lost my work which was not successful due to the card security according to last minute.It was my last money that I had and it could not be released since I was told that my money will only be in my account after 10 working days.How could I stay 10 days without a place in the foreign country yet I was desperate to go home.How could you manage to hold the money for such a period if the transactions were declined.I did the booking because I wanted to go home since I had neither job nor place to stay.I don t think this is fair and you just made my life more difficult than it was before the booking.
